Is there a free trial?
The Individual tier is free with no time limit — evaluate seRevel there with your own POCs. When you need more, upgrade to Starter or Team in Settings → Plan: billing starts that day, and you can cancel any time; your workspace then continues on Individual with every POC intact.
Can I upgrade from Individual to Team?
Yes, anytime. All your data and POCs migrate seamlessly.
What counts as a "concurrent POC"?
Any POC that is currently active (not marked as closed). Once closed, it doesn't count toward your limit.
